Leeds Flower Show Tombola
If you have any unwanted gifts or unused items, please bring them to the Tuesday meetings and pass them on to Louise or Janice. We will use these for the tombola at the show in August.
These are urgently required. Thanks.

Tuesday 3rd Aug
Mr Philip Gomersall – “Back To Basics”
Philip was originally booked for our January meeting which was cancelled due to the snow and ice; however he has kindly agreed to come along to this meeting.
Allotments are becoming the news item of the day, with more people wanting to grow their own vegetables. The practice and techniques will apply equally to the small garden.
Please come along, I’m sure his talk will be of interest. Friends are always welcome.
Usual Raffle, tea and coffee.
(Meetings are held in St. Chad’s Centre, Otley Road, Far Headingley, Leeds. Meetings start at 8pm prompt.)

Autumn Show and Demonstration
The last show is often the best with an abundance of fruit and vegetables.
Autumn colours are lovely to see and flowers are usually having a last flush before the weather changes.
Look at the Schedule on your events card and I’m sure you will find something to bring along. It may also be 4 Cheese Scones.
Usual Raffle, tea and coffee.
(Meetings are held in St. Chad’s Centre, Otley Road, Far Headingley, Leeds. Meetings start at 8pm prompt.)
